Isolation and Identification of the Pathogen of Black Rot Disease of Yellow Flammulina filiformis
In order to identify the pathogen that causing black rot disease of yellow Flammulina filiformis,provided theoretical basis for the disease prevention and control,and the cultivation and management of yellow F.filiformis.Disease investigation,pathogen isolation and the identification of black rot disease of yellow F.filiformis was tested.The results showed that the pathogen which causing the black rot disease of yellow F.filiformis was Pseudomonas tolaasii.
