Analysis on the Development of Edible Fungi Industry in Hainan Province
Through field investigation and literature review,the development status,existing problems and countermeasures of edible fungi industry in Hainan were summarized.It found that in recent years,the edible fungi industry in Hainan Province is relatively rapid,and the number of industrialized production of edible fungi enterprises has reached to 12,and more than 10 kinds of undergrowth edible fungi varieties.The study of edible fungi in Hainan Province has carried out some exploration such as in terms of germplasm resources,germplasm creation,cultivation techniques,evaluation and utilization of effective compo-nents and evaluation of edible fungi model.However,on the whole,there are many problems such as few resources of high-tem-perature resistant varieties,lack of supporting industrial cultivation technology,lagging processing technology,lack of overall planning and layout of the industry,and lack of development plan guidance in the edible fungi industry in Hainan.Thus,sug-gestions such as explore the characteristic resources of edible fungi resources,establish characteristic edible and medicinal fungi breeding system,develop and construct the cultivation technology and model of edible and medicinal fungi under forest,estab-lish deep processing system of edible and medicinal fungi products,enhance the brand of characteristic edible and medicinal fungi,strengthen intellectual property protection,strengthen the research and personnel training of characteristic edible fungi in Hainan Province were put forword,in order to ensure the healthy development of edible fungi industry in Hainan Province.
