摘要
食用菌是菏泽市农业特色产业之一,菏泽市位于江苏、山东、河南、安徽四省交界处,交通便利,具有发展食用菌产业独特的区位优势.本文全面总结了菏泽市当前食用菌产业高质量发展的主要措施,系统分析了制约食用菌产业发展的主要问题.并提出菏泽市要发挥政策优势,全力提升食用菌产业化程度,开展食用菌技术培训服务,打造专业化人才队伍,突出特色产品优势,加大农业资金投入等方面的对策建议,旨在为全市食用菌产业高质量发展提供决策参考.
Abstract
Edible fungi is one of the characteristic agricultural industries in Heze City.Located at the junction of Jiangsu,Shandong,He'nan and Anhui Provinces,there have the unique location advantage of developing edible fungi industry and con-venient transportation.The paper comprehensively summarizes the main measures for the high-quality development of the edible fungi industry in Heze City,systematically analyzes the main problems restricting the development of the edible fungi industry,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for Heze City to give full play to its policy advantages,make full efforts to improve the industrialization of edible fungi,carry out relevant technical training and services,strengthen talent cultivation,build the advantages of characteristic products,and increase agricultural capital investment.In order to provide decision-making reference for the high quality development of edible fungi industry in Heze City.
