试验以产量和生物学效率为指标,通过对不同发酵处理、不同覆土方式、喷施不同营养液等因素的对比试验,探讨了影响双孢蘑菇产量和品质的因素,旨在为双孢蘑菇栽培提供参考.试验结果表明,以"玉米芯+牛粪"为主料栽培双孢蘑菇时,添加5%的豆饼粉能明显改善培养料的发酵效果;谷壳可以部分代替传统覆土辅料稻壳;在第3潮菇催菇前,喷施菇根汤和尿素稀释液进行补水,可提高本潮菇的产量和商品率.
Effects of Different Fermentation and Soil-Covering Methods on the Yield and Quality of Agaricus bisporus
Taking the biological efficiency and yield as the index,the comparative experiments of different fermentation treat-ments,different soil-covering methods and spraying different nutrient solutions were studied.The factors affecting the yield and quality of Agaricus bisporus were discussed,aiming to provide a reference for the cultivation of A.bisporus.The test results showed that adding 5%soybean meal powder can significantly improve the fermentation effect of the culture medium in the mode of cultivating A.bisporus with'corn cob+cow dung'.The husk can partially replace the traditional soil-covering acces-sory material rice husk.Before the third flush of mushroom induction,spraying water containing mushroom root soup and urea diluted solution can increase the yield and commodity rate.
