摘要
试验以产量和生物学效率为指标,通过对不同发酵处理、不同覆土方式、喷施不同营养液等因素的对比试验,探讨了影响双孢蘑菇产量和品质的因素,旨在为双孢蘑菇栽培提供参考.试验结果表明,以"玉米芯+牛粪"为主料栽培双孢蘑菇时,添加5％的豆饼粉能明显改善培养料的发酵效果;谷壳可以部分代替传统覆土辅料稻壳;在第3潮菇催菇前,喷施菇根汤和尿素稀释液进行补水,可提高本潮菇的产量和商品率.
Abstract
Taking the biological efficiency and yield as the index,the comparative experiments of different fermentation treat-ments,different soil-covering methods and spraying different nutrient solutions were studied.The factors affecting the yield and quality of Agaricus bisporus were discussed,aiming to provide a reference for the cultivation of A.bisporus.The test results showed that adding 5％soybean meal powder can significantly improve the fermentation effect of the culture medium in the mode of cultivating A.bisporus with'corn cob+cow dung'.The husk can partially replace the traditional soil-covering acces-sory material rice husk.Before the third flush of mushroom induction,spraying water containing mushroom root soup and urea diluted solution can increase the yield and commodity rate.
