为了将黑木耳液体菌种应用于料棒接种中,分别向以不同方式灭菌的料棒接种液体菌种和固体菌种,对栽培效果进行观察.结果显示,高压灭菌和微压灭菌的料棒接种黑木耳液体菌种后菌丝萌发情况良好.在应用黑木耳液体菌种进行生产时,料棒采用有压方式进行灭菌,效果较好.
Exploration of Application Technique of Liquid Spawn of Auricularia auricula
In order to enable the application of liquid spawn of Auricularia auricula in inoculation,experiments were conducted on liquid and solid spawn of rods inoculated with different sterilization methods,as well as observation of ultivation effects.The results showed that liquid strains germinated well in high-pressure sterilization and micro pressure sterilization.In the applica-tion of liquid strains of Auricularia auricula,the feeding rod adopts a pressure sterilization method,which has a better effect.
