摘要
根据南方地区气候特点以及大球盖菇的生长特性,从场地选择、出菇设施搭建、菌种生产、栽培基质配方、培养料有氧发酵、层架铺料、播种、发菌管理、出菇管理等方面总结了关键技术,以期为南方地区设施条件下层架式大球盖菇栽培模式发展提供支持.
Abstract
According to the climate characteristics of southern China and the growth characteristics of Stropharia rugosoannulata,the key techniques were summarized from the aspests of the site selection,fruiting facility construction,culture production,cul-ture medium formula,aerobic fermentation of substrate,subatrate spreading on shelf,seeding,spawn-running management and fruiting management and so on,in order to provide support for the development of the layered cultivation of Stropharia rugosoan-nulata in southern China.
