Effect of Different Base Cultivation Materials Proportions on the Growth of Stropharia rugosoannulata
To study the feasibility of cultivating Stropharia rugosoannulata with agricultural waste,nine different base materials were used to cultivate S.rugosoannulata with crop straw,waste fungus bags and cow dung as main materials,the mycelial growth,yield and economic benefit of S.rugosoannulata were analyzed and compared.The results showed that the treatment of D3,D4 and D8 had better mycelial growth,higher yield and better economic benefit.According to the comprehensive analysis,the base material proportion combination of'Corn straw+husk+corn cob+waste fungus bag+cow dung'is recommended in the production,which can realize the maximization of economic benefit.
