In order to study the feasibility of cultivating Lentinula edodes with Armeniaca sawdust as the base material, the Quercus sawdust was replaced by 15.8%,31.6%,47.4% and 63.2% of Armeniaca sawdust. The results showed that there were no significant differences in mycelia growth, pollution rate and biological efficiency among different treatments. Each experimen-tal group concentrated fruiting on the first two flushes, and the single stick yield increased significantly with the increase of Ar-meniaca sawdust proportion.Armeniaca sawdust added 47.4%,the first three flushes accounted for 90.54% of the total produc-tion.When Armeniaca sawdust was added by 63.2%,the yield increased by 20.5 g per stick. The content of crude polysaccha-ride in fruit bodies increased with the addition of Armeniaca sawdust, when it added 63.2%,the content of polysaccharide in-creased by 1.03 g per 100 g fruit bodies.
