猪肚菇设施化栽培菌株筛选

为筛选猪肚菇设施化栽培模式的优良菌株,试验以不同地区的 12个猪肚菇菌株为材料,通过拮抗试验分析了菌株间的差异,并对各菌株的菌丝生长特性、子实体农艺性状和产量进行统计分析.结果表明,2 号、5号、11 号这 3 个菌株适合在设施控温条件下栽培.3 个菌株的菌丝生长正常、稳定性好,单个子实体的质量为35~45 g,大小适中,较符合市场的需求;且出菇均比对照菌株早,单袋产量也高.其中 2 号和 11 号菌株的出菇时间较一致,采收时间较短.以栽培特性为指标,所筛选的 3 个菌株各有优势,可作为设施化栽培的种质资源进行进一步试验.
Screening of Cultivated Strains for the Facility of Panus giganteus
In order to screen the excellent strains of the facility cultivation mode of the Panus giganteus,the experiment was conducted with 12 strains of P.giganteus from different regions.The differences among strains were analyzed by antagonistic test,the mycelial growth characteristics,fruit bodies agronomic traits and yield of each strain were analyzed.The results showed that the three strains of No.2,No.5 and No.11 are suitable for cultivation under facility temperature control conditions.Their mycelial growth is normal and stable,the weight of single fruit body is 35-45 g,and the size was moderate.It is more in line with the needs of the market.The fruiting was earlier than the control,and the yield of the single bag was also high.The fruiting time of No.2 and No.11 is more consistent,and the harvesting time is shorter.Taking the cultivation characteristics as the index,the three strains have their own advantages and can be used as germplasm resources for facility cultivation for further experiment.
