5个茯苓菌株在福建省的比较栽培试验

在福建地区对5个茯苓菌株进行段木栽培试验,比较菌核的形态、产量,并分析活性成分、营养以及重金属含量.结果表明,菌株 1、4 的菌核产量较高,且具有较佳形态.关键活性成分三萜含量以菌株 4 最高,为0.28%,多糖含量以菌株3最高,为 1.37%.5个茯苓菌株富集重金属的情况不同,但检测的 4种重金属含量均远低于国家限定值.综合考虑菌核产量、形态及活性成分含量等指标,菌株4为福建地区段木栽培茯苓的优良菌株.
Comparative Cultivation Experiments of Five Poria cocos Strains in Fujian Province
The cut-log cultivation experiment of five Poria cocos strains was carried out in Fujian region.The sclerotia yield and morphology were compared,and the content of bioactive compositions,nutritional and heavy metals were analyzed.The results showed that,strain 1 and 4 had the higher yield of sclerotia with a relatively good appearance.As for the key active compo-nents,the triterpenoids content of strain 4 was the highest,with 0.28%,and polysaccharide content of strain 3 was the highest,with 1.37% .The tested five varieties showed varying ability to enrich heavy metals,but the content of all four examined heavy metals were below the limit of the national standard.On the basis of the sclerotia yield,morphology and the content of bioactive compositions,strain 4 could be an elite strain suitable for cut-log cultivation of P.cocos in Fujian region.
