Identification of Wild Macrofungi and the Effect of Lignocellulase On the Degradation Effect of Corn Stover
In order to screen the decomposition fungi that have a significant degradation effect on crop straw in wild macrofungi,15 species of macrofungal fruit bodies were collected in the field of Mudanfeng National Forest Park in the rainy season in au-tumn,and the DNA of their fruit bodies was extracted and the genetic species were identified by ITS sequences, and 12 wild macrofungi strains were determined belonging to 10 families and 12 genera.9 pure mycelial cultures were obtained by tissue separation.4 live strains with high lignocellulase were screened by using lignocellulase activity as the index. After screening, the metabolic solution of the strain was added to the corn stover crushing section for fermentation and degradation at room tem-perature and high humidity, and the weight loss rate and lignocellulase degradation rate of corn stover were used as the mea-surement indexes to verify that the degradation effect of Trametes suaveloens in the experiment was the better.
