摘要
汇总并分析了 2019 年至 2022 年我国食用菌生产区域产量和种类概况.我国食用菌 4 年总产量排在前 15位的省区为河南省、福建省、黑龙江省、河北省、山东省、四川省、吉林省、江苏省、贵州省、湖北省、江西省、陕西省、辽宁省、湖南省和广西壮族自治区,15 个省份共计生产食用菌 14 382.45 万吨,占全国总产量(16 351.78 万吨)的 87.96%.我国年产量排前 7 位的食用菌有香菇、黑木耳、平菇、金针菇、毛木耳、双孢蘑菇和杏鲍菇,这 7 种食用菌4年总产量共计 13 583.20万吨,占全国食用菌总产量(16 351.78 万吨)的 83.07%.通过分析生产情况,对食用菌行业发展进行了简要展望.
Abstract
The yield and species of edible fungi in China from 2019 to 2022 were summarized and analyzed.The top 15 Provinces in the four-year total yield of edible fungi in China were Henan Province,Fujian Province,Heilongjiang Province,Hebei Province,Shandong Province,Sichuan Province,Jilin Province,Jiangsu Province,Guizhou Province,Hubei Province,Jiangxi Province,Shaanxi Province,Liaoning Province,Hunan Province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.A total of 143.824 5 million tons of edible fungi were produced,accounting for 87.96% of the national total yield(163.517 8 million tons).The top 7 species of edible fungi with the annual yield in China were lentinus edodes,Aurcularia auricular,Pleurotus ostreatus,Flammulina velutipes,Auricularia polytricha,Agaricus bisporus,and Pleurotus eryngii.The total output of the 7 species was 135.832 million tons,accounting for 83.07% of the edible fungi total yield(163.517 8 million tons).Through the analysis of yield situation,the development of the edible fungi industry was briefly prospected.
