摘要

对南阳市香菇加工产业情况进行了调查研究,包括现有的规模化加工企业现状及其产品等信息.通过初步分析,明确了南阳香菇产业存在加工企业地理分布不均衡、加工产品少、初加工产品占比重大、缺少精深加工产品开发等产业短板,并从政府层次、科研层次、企业层次、生产层次等方面为南阳香菇产业长期发展提出指导性建议.

Abstract

An industrial investigation was made on the Lentinus edodes processing in Nanyang City,including the current situ-ation of the existing large-scale processing enterprises and their products information.Through preliminary analysis,it was clear that the L.edodes industry in Nanyang had unbalanced geographical distribution of processing enterprises,few processed prod-ucts,a large proportion of primary processed products,lack of the development of deep processed products and other shortcom-ings.Some guiding suggestions were put forward for the long-term development of the industry from the aspects of government level,scientific research level,enterprise level and production level.
