江苏省宜兴市野生大型真菌资源及分布特征分析

摘要
宜兴市多样化的地形和温暖湿润的气候,为大型真菌的生长提供了良好的自然条件.试验采用随机踏查法对不同地貌中的野生大型真菌资源进行了系统调查,共计采集到真菌样品 609 份.通过形态学和分子生物学的方法,鉴定出分属于 46 个科 93 个属的 192 种真菌,其中红菇科、多孔菌科和蘑菇科为优势科.资源评价结果显示有 28 种食(药)用菌、26 种药用菌.此外,本研究还表明,宜兴市海拔 0～150 m的松树林是野生大型真菌最适宜的生境.
Abstract
Yixing City is endowed with a variety of topographical features and a climate that is conducive to the proliferation of macrofungi.A systematic survey of wild macrofungi resources in different landforms was conducted using the random visitation method,and a total of 609 macrofungi samples were collected.Utilizing morphological analysis coupled with molecular biologi-cal methods,a total of 192 distinct species categorized under 46 families and 93 genera were successfully identified.The fami-lies Russulaceae,Polyporaceae,and Agaricaceae were observed to be predominant in the region.The resource assessment re-vealed that Yixing City is home to 28 species of edible and medicinal fungi and 26 species of medicinal fungi.Furthermore,the study indicated that the pine forests at altitudes ranging from 0-150 meters are the most favorable habitat for wild macrofungi in the region.
