Biological Characteristics Analysis and Domestication Cultivation of Two Wild Hymenopellis raphanipes in Guizhou Province
Two wild fruit bodies were collected from the Puding County tea base in Anshun,Guizhou Province. The pure culture strains were obtained by tissue isolation and identified by morphological and molecular methods. At the same time, the biologi-cal characteristics of mycelium were analyzed and domesticated cultivation experiments were carried out.The results showed that the two wild strains MDCG-1 and MDCG-2 were Hymenopellis raphanipes. The optimum temperature for mycelial growth was 25℃,the optimum carbon source for culture of MDCG-1 was glucose and the optimum nitrogen source was yeast powder, the optimum carbon source for culture of MDCG-2 was sucrose and the optimum nitrogen source was peptone.Cultivation ex-periment showed that the two strains could produce fruit bodies, and the biological efficiencies of MDCG-1 and MDCG-2 were 33.72%and 45.05%respectively.
