耐高温灰树花菌株的筛选与评价

为探讨灰树花液体菌种受高温刺激后菌丝的生长和栽培情况,筛选耐高温的灰树花优良品种,测定了 9个不同灰树花菌株在 40℃高温条件下菌丝生长速度、满袋时间、满袋数量、菌丝强弱、出菇产量、畸形菇率、未出菇菌包比例、子实体形态、生物转化率等性状.结果表明 5 号灰树花菌株受高温影响最小,满袋时间为 25 d,菌丝较强壮,每包平均产量 211.52 g,未出菇比例为 1.49%,畸形菇率为 4.48%,子实体颜色为棕褐色,子实体平均大小约为 14.8 cm×15.2 cm×7.6 cm,管孔深度为 0.79 mm,菌盖和菌柄品质较优.
Screening and Evaluation of High Temperature Resistant Grifola frondosa Strains
In order to explore mycelial growth and cultivation of Grifola frondosa liquid strains stimulated by high temperature,and to select high temperature resistant G.frondosa excellent varieties.The mycelial growth rate,full bag time,number of full bags,mycelial strength,yield of fruiting,deformity fruit body rate,non fruitng ratio,fruit bodies shape and converted efficiency of 9 different G.frondosa strains under high temperature conditions of 40℃were measured.The results showed that the No.5 G.frondosa strain was affected the least by high temperature,the full bag time was 25 days,the mycelium was strong,the av-erage yield was 211.52 g per bag,non fruiting ratio was 1.49%,the deformity fruit body rate was 4.48%,the color of fruit bodies was brown,the average size of fruit body is 14.8 cm×15.2 cm×7.6 cm,the tube hole depth was 0.79 mm,and the quality of the cap and stipe was excellent.
