摘要
对采自云南大理的 1株野生羊肚菌菌株(Y88)进行形态学和分子系统学分析,确定该羊肚菌为六妹羊肚菌(Morchella sextelata).经组织分离、纯化、交配型检测和活性继代测试,筛选出菌株Y88-2,经栽培后获得子实体.将收获的子实体再进行组织分离后复筛出菌株M1099-3、M1099-7 和M1099-36.栽培试验结果显示M1099-3菌株产量最高,在樱桃园基地每 667 m2 达264.26 kg.试验结果为羊肚菌产业发展提供了新的种质资源.
Abstract
A strain of wild Morchella spp.(Y88)was collected from Dali,Yunnan Province,and it was identified as Morchella sextelata by morphological and molecular systematics analysis.Strain Y88-2 was screened by tissue isolation,purification,mat-ing type detection and activity passaging test,and further successful cultivated into fruit bodies.From the obtained fruit bodies,strains M1099-3,M1099-7 and M1099-36 were re-screened by tissue isolation.The results of cultivation experiment show that strain M1099-3 yielded up to 264.26 kg per 667 m2 in the Yingtaoyuan base.The results provided new germplasm resources for the development of Morchella spp.industry.
