Evaluation of Cultivation Traits of Six Pleurotus ostreatus Strains in Linyi Area During Winter and Spring Seasons
By comprehensively evaluating of strains of all levels,mycelial growth,fruiting condition,agronomic traits of fruit bodies,stress resistance,and yield of 6 different varieties of Pleurotus ostreatus,suitable P.ostreatus varieties for winter and spring cultivation in Linyi area were screened.The results showed that the mycelial full bag time of strain resistant 265 and high-yielding 8129 was the shortest,and the ability to fruiting under low temperature environment was strong,with strong resis-tance to weed mould and disease resistance.The fruit bodies had good toughness,high yield and biological efficiency,and the overall performance was the best.It is suitable for cultivation in winter and spring seasons in Linyi area and should be strength-ened for demonstration and promotion.
