Analysis of the Element Content Dynamic Changes in Substrates and Soil in the Cultivation of Agaricus Blazei
In the cultivation process of Agaricus blazei(ZJJSR001),the cultivation substrate and casing soil were used as ex-perimental materials to track the dynamic change of elements during the cultivation.Aim to provide reference for efficient and environmentally friendly cultivation techniques,as well as the research of cadmium enrichment mechanisms. The results indicate that during the cultivation process of A.blazei, there is an overall increasing trend in the content of the main nutrient ele-ments in substrates.A.blazei also absorbs trace nutrient elements and heavy metal elements from the soil.In the dynamic track-ing of heavy metal elements,it was found that sugarcane bagasse, compound fertilizer, cow dung, and covering soil are the main sources. Therefore,in the cultivation process of A.blazei, selecting high-quality soil, carefully selecting raw materials, optimizing the formula, and adding appropriate amendments will effectively reduce the heavy metal content in A.blazei fruit bodies.
