QuEChERS-气相色谱法测定破壁灵芝孢子粉中的26种农药残留量

建立了一种灵敏度高、准确度好的QuEChERS-气相色谱法测定破壁灵芝孢子粉中 26 种农药残留量的方法,试样经醋酸水浸泡、乙腈提取、QuEChERS净化,采用HP-5色谱柱分离,经电子捕获检测器和火焰光度检测器检测,使用外标法定量.结果表明,26 种目标农药在浓度 0.005~1.000 mg·L-1,线性相关系数均大于 0.99,检出限为 0.001 2~0.006 9 mg·kg-1,定量限为 0.004 0~0.023 2 mg·kg-1,添加 0.030、0.060和 0.300 mg·kg-1 3个水平的农药标准溶液,试验回收率为 69.4%~120.3%,相对标准偏差为 0.9%~6.2%.方法快速、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,适用于破壁灵芝孢子粉中农药残留量的检测.
Determination of 26 Pesticide Residues in Sporoderm-broken Spores of Ganoderma lingzhi by QuEChERS-gas chromatography Method
A QuEChERS-gas chromatography method with high sensitivity and good accuracy was developed for the determina-tion of 26 pesticide residues in sporoderm-broken spores of Ganoderma lingzhi.The samples were soaked in acetic acid solu-tion,extracted by acetonitrile acetate,purified by QuEChERS,separated by HP-5 column,detected by electron capture detector(ECD)and flame photometric detector(FPD),and quantized by external standard method.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of 26 target pesticides were greater than 0.99 between 0.005-1.000 mg·L-1,the detection limits were 0.001 2-0.006 9 mg·kg-1,the limits of quantitation were 0.004 0-0.023 2 mg·kg-1,The recoveries were 69.4%-120.3%,the precision was 0.9%-6.2%,with three concentrations of pesticides standard solution 0.030 mg·kg-1,0.060 mg·kg-1 and 0.300 mg·kg-1 added.With advantages of rapid,accurate,sensitive and reproducible,the method was suitable for the determination of pesticide residues in sporoderm-broken spores of G.lingzhi.
