摘要

近年来山东省邹城市食用菌产业发展较快,栽培规模逐步扩大,生产产量也日益增长,特别是在工厂化、智能化生产方面走在全国前列,通过建立、健全利益联结机制,形成了龙头企业带动农民增收致富的良好局面,但菌种对外依赖度高、精深加工能力不足、高层次人才相对匮乏等一系列问题仍制约着产业的发展.通过总结邹城市食用菌产业发展现状,分析了制约产业发展的关键因素,提出了相应的发展方向及对策建议,以期为当地食用菌产业高质量发展提供参考.

Abstract

In recent years,the edible fungi industry in Zoucheng City of Shandong Province has developed rapidly,with the cul-tivation scale gradually expanding and the production output increasing day by day.Especially in terms of factory and intelligent production,it is at the forefront of the country.By establishing and improving the mechanism of interest linkage,it has formed a good situation where leading enterprises drive farmers to increase their income and become prosperous.However,a series of problems such as high dependence on foreign strains,insufficient deep processing capabilities,and relative shortage of high-level talents still constrain the development of the industry.By summarizing the current development status of the edible fungi industry in Zoucheng City,analyzing the key factors that constrain the industry's development,and proposing corresponding development directions and countermeasures,this study aims to provide reference for the high-quality development of the local edible fungi industry.
