通过阐述了江苏省食用菌产业的发展规模、布局、生产结构等基本情况,分析了江苏省食用菌产业的优势以及当前面临的问题,探讨了打造食用菌全产业链的思路、未来发展方向以及措施建议.
Abstract
Through explains the basic situation of the development scale,layout,and production structure of the edible fungi in-dustry in Jiangsu Province.The advantages and existing problems of the industry was analyzed.Furthermore,the ideas,develop-ment direction,and measures for building the edible fungi whole industry chain were discussed.
