大球盖菇研究现状及在北方地区的发展前景分析

摘要
我国食用菌产业发展突飞猛进,大球盖菇是近几年发展迅速的一类草腐型食用菌.大球盖菇栽培技术简单,经济效益、生态效益、社会效益显著,加之北方独特的自然条件为大球盖菇提供了有利的生长环境,因此在北方推广大球盖菇栽培对助力乡村振兴具有十分重要的意义.基于对大球盖菇的分类地位、形态特征、营养价值、药用价值、生长发育条件、栽培现状的总结,探讨了其在北方地区的发展前景.
Abstract
The development of edible fungi industry in our country is advancing by leaps and bounds.Stropharia rugosoannulata is a kind of grass rot edible fungi that develops rapidly in recent years.Because of the simple cultivation technology,significant economic,ecological and social benefits,and the unique natural conditions in the north provide favorable growth environment for the S.rugosoannulata.It is of great significance to promote the cultivation of the S.rugosoannulata in the north to help the rural revitalization.Based on the summary of its taxonomic status,morphological characteristics,nutritional value,medicinal val-ue,growth and development conditions,and cultivation status,its development prospect in northern China was discussed.
