Screening of Pleurotus ostreatus Strains Suitable for Cultivating in Yunnan Region
In order to screen out the suitable Pleurotus ostreatus strains for local cultivation in Yunnan Province,12 tested P.ostreatus strains were used as materials to compare and evaluate the mycelial growth,fruiting condition,yield and agronomic traits of fruit bodies.The results showed that strains PG01(Fumei 313),PG03(Heiping 2),PG10(2106),PG11(1290)had good comprehensive traits and could be promoted for cultivation in most areas of Yunnan during spring,autumn,and winter.
