Abstract
As the beginning of the game,the bidding quotation stage needs to comprehensively consider all aspects of factors.If the bidding team is too cautious and conservative,it will often lose the opportunity to win the bid.However,if the purpose of winning the bid is too strong,the impact of complex risk factors on the smooth construction and profit of the project will be ignored.Therefore,scientific and effective risk management directly affects the success or failure of the bidding quotation decision or even the whole project construction.
