Abstract

The lubricant industry is a fully open market.Only by leading with reliable technology,providing thoughtful and perfect services,and establishing close trust with consumers can we open up the market and seize the opportunity in fierce competition.The original intention of CNPC in establishing the lubricating oil company is to build the Kunlun lubricating oil brand with innovative connotation,enhance the brand image of CNPC,and become a bright name card and golden signboard.
