Abstract
As a model of inter-national cooperation of CNPC,the project can learn from and integrate innovation from management ideas,organizational structure,personnel allocation,work process,investment planning,production and operation,enterprise culture and other comprehensive aspects,effectively providing reference for other local and foreign cooperation projects of CNPC.
