中国石油云南石化以每年"人均加工原油1万吨"为目标,建设单系列大规模生产装置,应用先进的生产工艺和信息技术,科学划分自营业务与外包业务,建立高度扁平化的组织机构,实行甲乙方一体化管理,培养高素质的员工队伍,持续提升企业综合效率,形成了一套具备自身特点的新型炼化企业综合管理体系,全员劳动生产率连续6年在中国石油所属炼化企业排名第一,2023年在国内"三桶油"炼化企业中处于领先地位.
Innovative Practice Of Improving Total Labor Productivity In Refining And Chemical Enterprises
With the goal of every year"per capita processing 10000 tons",the CNPC Yunnan petrochemical constructed the single series of mass production plant,applicated of advanced production technology and information technology,divided between self-run business and outsourcing business scientifically,established a highly flat organization,integrated management of party A and party B,cultivated high quality staff,continuously improved enterprise comprehensive efficiency,formed a set of comprehensive management system of new refining and chemical enterprises with its own characteristics,total labor productivity for six consecutive years in CNPC refining enterprises ranked first,and in 2023 in the three major oil & gas companies'refining and chemical enterprises was in the leading position.
