To Clarify The State-Owned Economic Added Value Accounting Focus And Methods
Resolution of the third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of CPC points out"We will establish an evaluation system for SOEs to fulfill their strategic missions,improve the classified assessment and evaluation system for SOEs,and carry out accounting for the added value of state-owned economies."Accounting for the added value of the state-owned economy is an important basic work for strengthening and improving the management of the state-owned economy,which is conducive to optimizing the layout of the structural adjustment of the state-owned economy and giving better play to the leading role of the state-owned economy.Therefore,we must accurately grasp its core connotation,fully understand its important significance,and clearly carry out the focus of the relevant work.
