为掌握苏州市犬狂犬病群体免疫情况,分析影响免疫抗体水平的风险因素,2022-2024 年连续 3 年,对全市 10 个县级市(区)采集的家犬和流浪犬血清 4 322 份,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测狂犬病血清抗体,并评估分析 3 年间群体抗体水平变化趋势及其影响因素.结果显示,2022-2024 年苏州市家犬狂犬病免疫抗体年平均合格率分别为 88.91%、84.76%、84.56%,苏州市家犬狂犬病群体免疫整体形势良好,维持在较高水平(85.86%),但呈下降趋势,流浪犬狂犬病抗体合格率仍处于较低水平(40.10%).不同县市(区)比较,抗体合格率整体较高,但区域间差异明显.免疫抗体水平与免疫次数、免疫后采样时间有一定的关联,而疫苗种类和厂家对免疫效果影响不大.本调查为苏州市犬狂犬病的综合防控提供数据支撑.
Abstract
To assess the rabies immunization status of dogs in Suzhou City and analyze the risk factors affecting the level of immune antibodies,for three consecutive years from 2022 to 2024,a total of 4,322 serum samples of domestic dogs and stray dogs were collected from 10 county-level cities(districts)in the city.The rabies serum antibodies were detected by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)method,and the changing trends of population antibody levels and their influencing factors during the three-year period were evaluated and analyzed.The results showed that the average annual qualification rates of rabies immune antibodies in domestic dogs in Suzhou City from 2022 to 2024 were 88.91%,84.76%,and 84.56%,respectively.The overall herd immunity against rabies in domestic dogs in Suzhou City remains favorable,maintaining a relatively high level(85.86%)but showing a declining trend.In contrast,the qualification rate of rabies antibodies in stray dogs remains at a lower level(40.10%).When comparing different counties and districts,the antibody qualification rates were generally high,but significant regional differences were observed.The level of immune antibodies was found to be associated with the number of vaccinations and the sampling time after immunization,while the type and manufacturer of the vaccine had little impact on the immunization effectiveness.This survey provides data support for the comprehensive prevention and control of canine rabies in Suzhou City.
