腹腔镜胆囊切除术联合生长抑素治疗急性结石性胆囊炎的效果及对患者肝功能的影响

摘要
目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术联合生长抑素治疗急性结石性胆囊炎的临床效果及对患者肝功能的影响.方法 选取古田县医院2020年1月—2023年1月收治的60例急性结石性胆囊炎患者,所有患者随机分为对照组和观察组各30例.对照组采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术进行治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术联合生长抑素进行治疗.观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效,以及术前与术后炎症因子水平和肝功能指标.结果 观察组总有效率90.00%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).术后两组炎症因子水平均较术前得到改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).术后两组肝功能各指标均较术前得到改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 腹腔镜胆囊切除术联合生长抑素治疗急性结石性胆囊炎具有较好的临床效果,且能够进一步减轻患者炎性反应,改善肝功能,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with somatostatin in the treatment of acute calculous cholecystitis and its impact on liver function in patients.Methods Sixty patients with acute calculous cholecystitis were selected from Gutian County Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023.All patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 30 cases each.The control group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with somatostatin.Observe and compare the clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels and liver function indicators of the two groups before and after surgery.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 66.67%of the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,the levels of inflammatory factors in both groups improved compared to before surgery,and the observation group was significantly superior to the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,all indicators of liver function in the two groups improved compared to before surgery,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with somatostatin in the treatment of acute calculous cholecystitis has good clinical efficacy,can reduce inflammatory reactions,improve liver function,and is worthy of promotion and application.
