低温等离子切除术治疗儿童扁桃体腺样体肥大的效果

摘要
目的 探讨低温等离子切除术治疗儿童扁桃体腺样体肥大的临床效果.方法 选取2021年6月—2022年12月在福清市医院进行手术治疗的扁桃体腺样体肥大患儿60例,所有患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各30例.对照组采取传统方法切除扁桃体腺样体,观察组采取低温等离子切除扁桃体腺样体.观察并比较两组的治疗效果、手术相关指标及术后并发症发生情况.结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组手术时间、术后疼痛时间及症状缓解时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对于行扁桃体腺样体切除的患儿,低温等离子切除术具有更为理想的临床效果,值得推广使用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of low-temperature plasma resection in the treatment of children with tonsils and adenoid hypertrophy.Methods Sixty children with tonsils and adenoid hypertrophy who were underwent surgical treatment at Fuqing Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected.All children were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional methods to remove tonsils and adenoids,while the observation group was treated with low-temperature plasma resection to remove tonsils and adenoids.Observe and compare the treatment effects,surgical related indicators,and incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had significantly shorter surgical time,postoperative pain time,and symptom relief time than the control group,and significantly less intraoperative bleeding than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For children undergoing tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy,low-temperature plasma resection has a more ideal clinical effect and is worth promoting and using.
