普拉洛芬联合重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液治疗干眼症的效果
The Efficacy of Pranoprofen Combined with Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Eye Drops in the Treatment of Xerophthalmia

摘要
目的 探讨普拉洛芬联合重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液治疗干眼症的效果.方法 选取古田县医院2020年12月—2022年12月收治的干眼病患者200例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各100例.对照组给予普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗,观察组给予普拉洛芬联合重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液治疗,两组均持续用药1个月.对比两组临床疗效,以及治疗前后泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌试验泪液浸湿试纸条长度及炎性因子水平.结果 观察组患者临床总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组治疗后泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌试验泪液浸湿试纸条长度及炎性因子水平均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后观察组患者泪膜破裂时间(13.13±2.66)s、泪液分泌试验浸湿试纸条长度(9.55±2.28)mm/5 min,均优于对照组的(9.56±2.95)s、(7.88±1.85)mm/5 min,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后观察组患者各炎性因子水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 普拉洛芬联合重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液治疗干眼症,能够有效减轻患者临床症状,促进泪液分泌,减轻炎症反应,值得临床推广使用.
Abstract
Objective To explorer the effect of pranoprofen combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF)eye drops in the treatment of xerophthalmia.Methods A total of 200 patients with xerophthalmia admitted to Gutian County Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected.All the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group with 100 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with pranoprofen eye drops,while the observation group was treated with pranoprofen combined with rhEGF eye drops.Both groups were treated continuously for one month.Compare the clinical efficacy of two groups,as well as the tear film rupture time,the length of tear secretion test strips,and the level of inflammatory factors before and after treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 85.00%(P<0.05).After treatment,the tear film rupture time,tear secretion test strip length,and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were significantly better than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had a tear film rupture time of(13.13±2.66)seconds and a tear secretion test strip length of(9.55±2.28)mm/5 min,which were both significantly better than the control group's(9.56±2.95)seconds and(7.88±1.85)mm/5 min(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of various inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pranoprofen combined with rhEGF eye drops can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,promote tear secretion,and alleviate inflammatory reactions in patients with xerophthalmia,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
