血液科PICC患者实施综合护理模式的效果

摘要
目的 探讨综合护理模式在血液科经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2021年6月—2023年6月在聊城市人民医院血液科进行PICC,并采用综合护理模式的92例患者作为观察组,选取同期在我院血液科进行PICC并采用常规护理模式的34例患者作为对照组.观察并比较两组患者并发症发生情况和护理满意度,以及干预前后自我护理能力和生活质量.结果 干预后两组自我护理能力和生活质量评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对血液科PICC患者实施综合护理,可以降低并发症发生率,提高患者自我护理能力、生活质量及护理满意度,值得临床推广使用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing mode in patients with peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)in hematology department.Methods A total of 92 patients who underwent PICC and received comprehensive nursing mode in the Hematology Department of Liaocheng People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 34 patients who underwent PICC and received routine nursing mode in the Hematology Department of our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Observe and compare the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction between two groups,as well as their self-care ability and quality of life before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the self-care ability and quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly higher than before intervention,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing comprehensive nursing for PICC patients in the hematology department can reduce the incidence of complications,improve their self-care ability,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
