Effect of Positive Incentive and Optimized Operation Method in Intravenous Drug Centralized Dispensing Center
Objective To evaluate the application effect of positive incentives and optimized operation methods in the centralized intravenous drug dispensing center.Methods Twenty staff working in the Intravenous Drug Dispensing Center of Jining Third People's Hospital(Yanzhou District People's Hospital of Jining City)from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected.The center implemented routine management from May 2022 to December 2022,and adopted positive incentives and optimized operation methods from January 2023 to May 2023.Compare the work quality,occupational identity,and job satisfaction of staff in two time periods.Results The scores of various indicators of work quality,dimensions and total scores of occupational identity,and overall job satisfaction of staff from January to May 2023 were significantly higher than those from May to December 2022(P<0.05).Conclusion Positive incentives and optimized operation methods can improve the work quality,professional identity and job satisfaction of the staff in the centralized intravenous drug dispensing center,which is worth popularizing.
