Effect of Integrated Medication Education Model on Medication Compliance of Patients with Schizophrenia
Objective To explore the effect of integrated medication education model on medication compliance of patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 96 patients with schizophrenia hospitalized in Yangpu District Mental Health Center Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into control group(48 cases)and intervention group(48 cases).Patients in both groups received conventional treatment and traditional medication education in psychiatric department,and the intervention group received integrated medication education based on the conventional treatment and traditional medication education.After 12 weeks,psychiatric drug knowledge,medication attitude,medication compliance and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Psychiatric drug knowledge,drug attitude,patient satisfaction and drug compliance in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Medication education in the mode of integrated nursing,medicine and medicine is beneficial to improve the knowledge of psychiatric drugs,the attitude of medication,and the satisfaction and compliance of patients with schizophrenia.
