护药医一体化用药教育模式对精神分裂症患者服药依从性的影响

目的 探讨护药医一体化用药教育模式对精神分裂症患者服药依从性的影响.方法 选取2019年6月—2020年6月在杨浦区精神卫生中心住院的96例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组各48例.两组患者均接受精神科常规治疗、护理和传统用药教育,研究组在此基础上进行护药医一体化模式用药教育.干预12周后比较两组患者的精神科药物知识掌握、用药态度、药物依从性和患者满意度.结果 研究组精神科药物知识掌握、用药态度、患者满意度、药物依从性均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 护药医一体化模式用药教育有利于提高精神分裂症患者对精神科药物知识掌握,提升患者用药态度、满意度及药物依从性.
Effect of Integrated Medication Education Model on Medication Compliance of Patients with Schizophrenia
Objective To explore the effect of integrated medication education model on medication compliance of patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 96 patients with schizophrenia hospitalized in Yangpu District Mental Health Center Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into control group(48 cases)and intervention group(48 cases).Patients in both groups received conventional treatment and traditional medication education in psychiatric department,and the intervention group received integrated medication education based on the conventional treatment and traditional medication education.After 12 weeks,psychiatric drug knowledge,medication attitude,medication compliance and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Psychiatric drug knowledge,drug attitude,patient satisfaction and drug compliance in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Medication education in the mode of integrated nursing,medicine and medicine is beneficial to improve the knowledge of psychiatric drugs,the attitude of medication,and the satisfaction and compliance of patients with schizophrenia.
