Analysis of the Effect of Laparoscopic Myomectomy in the Treatment of Hysteromyoma
Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of hysteromyoma. Methods The medical records of 46 patients with hysteromyoma admitted to Dongchangfu People's Hospital of Liaocheng City from January 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed, and divided into the open group(n= 20 cases)and the laparoscopic group(n=26 cases)according to the operation methods. The open group performed open uterine myomectomy, and the laparoscopic group performed laparoscopic uterine myomectomy.Ovarian function indexes[luteotropic hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol-2(E2)]and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment, and the clinical indexes, postoperative complication rate, postoperative quality of life, complication rate, and 1-year postoperative recurrence rate were compared between the two groups after the treatment. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in LH,FSH,E2 levels and SF-36 scores between the two groups(P>0.05).LH,FSH,E2 levels and SF-36 scores significantly improved in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),and LH,FSH levels and SF-36 scores of the laparoscopic group were significantly better than those of the open group(P<0.05).E2 levels showed no significant difference after treatment(P>0.05).Clinically indexes in the laparoscopic group were significantly better than those in the open group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the laparoscopic group was significantly lower than that of the open group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the two groups was not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional open surgery, the efficacy of laparoscopic myomectomy for hysteromyoma is more ideal, which can promote postoperative recovery, reduce postoperative complications and improve postoperative ovarian function and patient survival quality, and it is worthwhile for clinical reference and promotion.
