The Improvement Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Urinary Disorders in Patients with Mixed Hemorrhoids
Objective To explore the improvement effect of psychological nursing intervention on postoperative urinary disorders in patients with mixed hemorrhoids undergoing surgical treatment.Methods A total of 243 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who underwent surgical treatment at Guangze County Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group of 122 cases and a control group of 121 cases using the envelope method.The control group received routine perioperative nursing intervention,while the observation group received strengthened psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine perioperative nursing intervention.The general indicators,incidence of postoperative urinary disorders,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups,as well as the pain and mental health status before and after nursing intervention.Results The observation group had significantly shorter indwelling time,first postoperative urination time,defecation time,and hospital stay than the control group.The incidence of postoperative urinary disorders in the observation group was significantly better than in the control group,and the overall nursing satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group(P<0.05).After intervention,the pain and mental health scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with mixed hemorrhoids undergoing surgical treatment,strengthening psychological nursing intervention during the perioperative period can effectively improve the occurrence of postoperative urinary disorders,promote patient recovery,alleviate pain,and improve mental health levels.It is worth promoting.
