Objective To explore the effect of implementing refined surgery and nursing care for patients undergoing internal fixation surgery for lower limb fractures,as well as the impact on surgical indicators. Methods Eighty patients who underwent internal fixation surgery for lower limb fractures at the Third People's Hospital of Jining from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine surgical care, while the observation group received refined surgical care.Compare the surgical indicators, incidence of postoperative complications, and nursing satisfaction between two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the surgical time, hospitalization time, and fracture healing time were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with lower limb fractures who undergo internal fixation surgery, implementing refined surgical care can reduce intraoperative blood loss, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, promote patient recovery, and increase patient satisfaction to some extent.
