Objective To explore the application value of personalized nursing model in infertility patients due to polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 50 infertility patients due to polycystic ovary syndrome treated in the Gynaecology Department of Qiannan Prefecture Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into control group(n=20 cases)and the observation group(n=30 cases).The the control group adopted conventional care,while the observation group adopted conventional care and personalized care.Self-efficacy,negative emotion,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared and analyzed before and after the intervention between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,self-efficacy,negative emotions and quality of life of the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).After the intervention,self-efficacy,negative emotions and quality of life of the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the contro group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized nursing model in infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome can improve the negative emotions of patients,improve their self-management ability and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
