摘要
目的 探讨采用细节管理联合程序化体位转变对肺炎患儿生活质量的影响.方法 选取2021年9月—2023年9月福建省南平市建阳区潭城街道社区卫生服务中心收治的符合条件的66例肺炎患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组各33例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用细节管理联合程序化体位转变.评估两组患儿的护理效果、症状改善时间、心肺功能和生活质量.结果 护理后,观察组总有效率高于对照组、症状改善时间优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组的心肺功能和生活质量均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 肺炎患儿采用细节管理联合程序化体位转变可提高护理效果,缩短症状改善时间,改善心肺功能,提高生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of detail management combined with programmed position shift on the quality of life of children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 66 eligible children with pneumonia admitted to Tancheng Street Community Health Service Center from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=33 cases)and the observation group(n=33 cases).The control group adopted conventional nursing care,and the observation group adopted detail management combined with programmed positional shift.The nursing effect,symptom improvement time,cardiopulmonary function and quality of life of the children in both groups were assessed.Results After the intervention,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the symptom improvement time was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the cardiorespiratory function and quality of life of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of detail management combined with programmed position shift in children with pneumonia can improve the nursing effect,shorten the time of symptom improvement,improve cardiopulmonary function,and improve the quality of life.
