Objective To exploring the application effect of hierarchical nursing in the perinatal period of patients with gestational hypertension syndrome.Methods A total of 127 gestational hypertension syndrome admitted to Liaocheng Second People's Hospital(Shandong First Medical University Affiliated Liaocheng Second Hospital)from December 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(63 cases)and intervention group(64 cases)by numerical random table method.The control group received clinical routine nursing,and the intervention group received hierarchical nursing.Results After nursing,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of patients in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of connor-davidson resilience scale,breast-feeding self-efficacy scale and general comfort questionnaire in the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse delivery outcomes in the intervention group was 12.50%,which was significantly lower than 47.62%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical nursing during the perioperative period in patients with gestational hypertension syndrome can improve psychological resilience,enhance breast-feeding confidence,reduce adverse delivery outcomes,and enhance nursing comfort.
