手法按摩干预方法对产妇产后泌乳功能 母乳喂养及分娩结局的影响

摘要
目的 探讨产前不同干预方法对产妇产后泌乳功能、母乳喂养及分娩结局的影响.方法 选取2022年12月—2023年12月就诊于聊城市第二人民医院的足月孕妇作为研究对象,按照干预方式分为对照组76例和观察组81例.对照组接受吸奶器催乳;观察组接受按摩催乳.比较两组产妇的干预效果.结果 观察组产后泌乳始动时间低于对照组,而乳房充盈度和泌乳量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组产后初期、产后1个月、产后3个月纯母乳喂养比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组乳汁淤积发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组妊娠结局差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 产前不同干预方法均可以提高产妇泌乳功能和母乳喂养率,改善分娩结局,尤其乳房手法按摩的干预效果更优.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of different prenatal intervention methods on postpartum lactation function,breastfeeding,and delivery outcomes of parturients.Methods The pregnant women who were hospitalized in the Second People's Hospital of Liaocheng from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to different intervention methods,they were divided into a control group(76 cases)and an observation group(81 cases).The control group received breast pump induced lactation,while the observation group received massage induced lactation.The intervention effects of the two groups of parturients were compared.Results The onset time of postpartum lactation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,while the breast filling and lactation volume were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of pure breastfeeding in the observation group during the early postpartum period,1 month postpartum,and 3 months postpartum was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of milk stasis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pregnancy outcomes between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Different prenatal intervention methods can improve lactation function and breastfeeding rate,and delivery outcomes,especially the intervention effect of breast massage is better.
