基于过渡期护理模式对宫颈癌患者术后负性情绪生活质量及护理满意度的影响

摘要
目的 探讨基于过渡期护理模式(transitional care model,TCM)对宫颈癌患者术后负性情绪、生活质量及护理满意度的影响.方法 选取2019年6月—2023年6月宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院收治的86例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象.根据护理方式不同,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各43例.对照组采用常规护理干预;观察组在对照组基础上增加TCM模式的护理干预.比较两组干预前后的负性情绪、生活质量、并发症以及护理满意度.结果 观察组干预后的焦虑及抑郁评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 TCM模式的护理干预能够有效改善宫颈患者的负性情绪,提高生活质量,降低术后并发症发生率,提高其对护理工作的满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of transitional care model(TCM)nursing intervention on negative emotions,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of patients after cervical cancer surgery.Methods A total of 86 cervical cancer patients admitted to Ningde Hospital Affiliated to Ningde Normal University from June 2019 to June 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 43 cases in each group,according to different nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received TCM-based nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The negative emotions,quality of life,complications,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results The scores of anxiety and depression after intervention in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM-based nursing intervention on cervical cancer patients can effectively improve postoperative negative emotions,improve the quality of life,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and increase their satisfaction with nursing work.It is worth promoting the clinical use of TCM.
