穴位贴敷联合协同护理模式对腰椎手术患者术后胃肠功能的影响

摘要
目的 探讨穴位贴敷联合协同护理模式对腰椎手术患者术后胃肠功能的影响.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年6月聊城市第二人民医院收治胸腰椎术后患者109例作为研究对象.根据干预方案不同,将其分为对照组54例和观察组55例.对照组患者采用常规干预;观察组采用协同护理模式联合进行穴位贴敷治疗,比较两组患者的干预效果.结果 干预后,观察组腹胀程度轻于对照组,首次排气时间、首次排便时间、腹胀改善时间、肠鸣音恢复时间短于对照组,1周排便次数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组胃泌素、胃动素、P物质水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 穴位贴敷联合协同护理模式干预能够进一步促进腰椎手术患者术后患者胃肠功能恢复和提高胃肠动力激素分泌水平,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application combined with collaborative nursing mode on postoperative gastrointestinal function of patients undergoing lumbar spine surgery.Methods One hundred and nine patients admitted to Liaocheng Second People's Hospital after thoracolumbar surgery from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group(54 cases)and observation group(55 cases)according to different intervention programs.The control group was treated with routine intervention,while the observation group was treated with collaborative nursing mode combined with acupoint application.The intervention effects of two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the degree of abdominal distension in the observation group was significantly milder than that in the control group,and the time for first defecation,first defecation,improvement of abdominal distension,and recovery of bowel sounds were significantly shorter than those in the control group.The number of bowel movements in one week was significantly more than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of gastrin,motilin,and substance P in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-efficacy,quality of life,and compliance in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupoint application and collaborative nursing intervention can further promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and increase the secretion of gastrointestinal motility hormones in patients undergoing lumbar spine surgery,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
