地塞米松联合盐酸氨溴索鼓室内注射治疗分泌性中耳炎效果观察
Observation on the Effect of Dexamethasone Combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride by Intratympanic Injection in the Treatment of Secretory Otitis Media

摘要
目的 观察地塞米松联合盐酸氨溴索鼓室内注射治疗分泌性中耳炎的效果.方法 选择2020年1月—2023年12月聊城人民医院收治的80例分泌性中耳炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例.对照组鼓室内注射地塞米松治疗,观察组则加用盐酸氨溴索进行治疗.比较两组临床疗效和不良反应发生情况,以及治疗前后的气导听力、鼓室压和中耳积液炎性因子水平.结果 观察组总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗2周后,观察组气导听力和鼓室压高于对照组,而炎性因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 地塞米松联合盐酸氨溴索鼓室内注射治疗分泌性中耳炎临床疗效更佳,能明显提升患者气导听力和鼓室压,降低中耳积液炎性因子水平.
Abstract
Objective To observation the effect of dexamethasone combined with ambroxol hydrochloride by intratympanic injection in the treatment of secretory otitis media.Methods Eighty patients with secretory otitis media admitted to Liaocheng People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dexamethasone by intratympanical injection,while the observation group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride additionally.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions,air conduction hearing,tympanic pressure,and middle ear effusion inflammatory factor before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 77.50%(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the observation group had significantly higher air conduction hearing and tympanic pressure than the control group,while the levels of inflammatory factors were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of dexamethasone and ambroxol hydrochloride by intratympanic injection has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of secretory otitis media.It can significantly improve the air conduction hearing and tympanic pressure,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors in middle ear effusion.
