摘要
目的 探讨信息-动机-行为技巧(information,motivation and behavioral skills,IMB)模式在老年白内障手术患者健康教育中的应用价值.方法 选择嘉峪关市第一人民医院2023年1-10月收治的老年白内障患者50例,随机分为对照组和研究组各25例.对照组接受常规健康教育;研究组接受IMB模式健康教育,比较两组患者干预1个月后组间心理状态、健康信念和生活质量评分差异,评价工具分别为状态-特质焦虑问卷、Champion健康信念量表和中文版低视力者生活质量量表.结果 干预后,研究组心理状态评分低于对照组;而健康信念量表和生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 IMB模式用于老年白内障患者的健康教育,能够进一步提升心理状态、健康信念和生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of information-motivation-behavioral skills(IMB)model in health education for elderly cataract surgery patients.Methods Fifty elderly cataract patients admitted to the First People's Hospital of Jiayuguan City from January to October 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education,while the research group received IMB model health education.The psychological status,health beliefs,and quality of life scores were compared between two groups after one month of intervention.The evaluation tools were state-trait anxiety inventory,the Champion health belief model scale and Chinese version low vision quality of life questionnaire.Results After intervention,the score of psychological state of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,while the scores of health belief scale and quality of life were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The IMB model can further improve the psychological status,health beliefs,and quality of life in elderly cataract patients.
