摘要
目的 探讨对2型糖尿病患者开展全程健康教育的效果.方法 选取2021年5月—2023年5月淄博市中心医院收治的110例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,所有患者以随机数表法分为对照组和观察组各55例.对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组在常规健康教育基础上实施全程健康教育.对比两组干预前后的血糖指标、疾病认知程度及遵医行为.结果 干预后两组血糖指标、疾病认知程度及遵医行为评分均较干预前得到改善,且干预后观察组上述指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 2型糖尿病患者实施全程健康教育可进一步有效控制血糖水平,提高患者对疾病的认知和遵医行为,建议推广使用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of whole course health education for type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients.Methods A total of 110 patients with T2DM admitted to Zibo Central Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.All patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 55 cases each.The control group received routine health education,while the observation group received whole course health education on the basis of routine health education.Compare the blood glucose indicators,disease awareness,and compliance behavior between two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the levels of blood glucose indicators,disease awareness,and compliance behavior scores in both groups improved significantly compared to before intervention,and after intervention,the above indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of whole course health education for patients with T2DM can further effectively control the blood glucose level,improve patients'awareness of disease and medical compliance behavior,and it is recommended to promote its use.
