摘要
目的 探讨鼻渊通窍颗粒联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂和头孢地尼治疗慢性鼻窦炎的效果.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月青岛市城阳区人民医院收治的50例慢性鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组30例和对照组20例.对照组采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合头孢地尼治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案基础之上加用鼻渊通窍颗粒治疗.比较两组的治疗效果、治疗期间不良反应发生情况,以及治疗前后炎性因子水平、负性情绪和生活质量.结果 观察组治疗总有效率96.67%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.046,P＜0.05).两组患者治疗过程中均未发生严重不良反应.治疗后两组炎性因子水平、负性情绪和生活质量评分均较治疗前得到改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合头孢地尼和鼻渊通窍颗粒治疗慢性鼻窦炎,具有较好的效果和安全性,且能够减轻机体炎性反应、缓解患者不良情绪、提高生活质量,值得临床推广使用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Biyuan Tongqiao Granules combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray and cefdinir in the treatment of chronic sinusitis.Methods A total of 50 patients with chronic sinusitis admitted to Chengyang District People's Hospital in Qingdao from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into an observation group of 30 cases and a control group of 20 cases.The control group was treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with cefdinir,and the observation group was treated with Biyuan Tongqiao Granules on the basis of the treatment scheme of the control group.Compare the treatment effects,incidence of adverse reactions during treatment,levels of inflammatory factors,negative emotions,and quality of life between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 70.00%in the control group(χ2=5.046,P<0.05).Both groups did not experience serious adverse reactions during the treatment process.After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors,negative emotions,and quality of life scores in both groups improved compared to before treatment,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Biyuan Tongqiao Granules combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray and cefdinir has good effect and safety in the treatment of chronic sinusitis,and can reduce the inflammatory reaction of the body,alleviate the patients'negative emotion,and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
