子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜电切术后口服地屈孕酮与放置曼月乐预防复发的效果比较

摘要
目的 比较子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜电切术后口服地屈孕酮和放置曼月乐预防复发的效果.方法 选择2021年1月—2023年1月在烟台市芝罘区妇幼保健院行子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜电切术治疗的86例患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,对照组在术后口服地屈孕酮片,观察组放置曼月乐环,两组患者术后均随访10个月,比较两组的复发情况以及术后3个月、6个月、10个月子宫内膜厚度、月经量和经期时间.结果 观察组复发率4.65%,对照组复发率2.33%,两组差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).术后3个月、6个月、10个月,两组子宫内膜厚度、月经量和经期时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜电切术后,口服地屈孕酮和放置曼月乐预防复发的效果均较为理想,而且可以改善患者的子宫内膜厚度和月经.
Abstract
Objective Compare the effectiveness of oral Dydrogesterone and placement of Mirena in preventing recurrence of endometrial polyps after hysteroscopic resection.Methods A total of 86 patients who underwent hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps at the Zhifu District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital in Yantai City from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 43 patients in each group.The control group received oral Dydrogesterone tablets after surgery,while the observation group adopted Mirena.Both groups were followed up for 10 months after surgery,and the recurrence rate,endometrial thickness,and menstrual volume and duration at 3,6,and 10 months after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had a recurrence rate of 4.65%,while the control group had a recurrence rate of 2.33%.There was no significant difference in recurrence rates between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months,6 months,and 10 months of surgery,there was no significant difference in endometrial thickness,menstrual volume,and menstrual duration between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion After hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps,oral administration of Dydrogesterone and placement of Mirena are both effective in preventing recurrence,and can improve the thickness of the endometrium and menstruation in patients.
